What is thrive?
Thrive is a highly concentrated CBD vape oil, that Vape Bright made to encourage a healthier & more potent way of obtaining CBD. We use an organic hemp oil and small amount of terpenes. No PG/VG oil is used in our production of Thrive.
How many puffs?
We recommend 10 to 12 inhalations for 2-3 seconds each time, but this will vary from person to person. We encourage experimenting to find your sweet spot!
How long does the battery last?
The battery holds a charge for about 100 inhalations give or take.
Why do you use an international processor?
We use an international processor because US processors refuse to accept CBD payment as it currently falls into an undefined portion of law. So instead of creating a proxy processor to charge you we were able to gain a fully capable processor through international means. This benefits our customers because there should not be charged back issues, hacked data, or any other safety pitfalls that can be exploited through a proxy.
Where is Vape Bright’s hemp grown?
We use internationally sourced industrial hemp from Scandinavia. We do this one, for legal reasons, but also because they are a little ahead of the practices that we use here in the states.
Do you offer the oil without the cartridge?
We currently do not offer oil in a bottle form.
Will I pass a drug test?
We cannot guarantee that you will pass a drug test even though all of our products contain negligible traces of THC and are legal in all 50 states.
How can I troubleshoot my vape pen?
Having trouble with taste?
- If you are experiencing a burnt, or overly metallic taste you may have heated your oil to a temperature that it cannot handle. We advise taking 2-3 second inhalations to prevent this.
Having issues with connection?
- This is commonly mistaken for a bad battery or cartridge. Simply the two pads that connect both the battery and cartridge are a little helter skelter. Just take a look, and readjust the cartridges connector. If you are having difficulty feel free to give us a call and we can help you out.
What size is the Vape Bright cartridge?
Vape Bright Thrive uses a .5ml cartridge or 500 mg cartridge.
Does holding the vapor in help?
While it is not always needed, it can help. By holding it in you are allowing your body to get the most out of Thrive that is possible.
What do I do if my order won’t go through and keeps saying error?
You may need to give your bank a call, the issue is that usually people are not authorized to do international purchases, and the charge is then marked as fraudulent. Simply letting them know that you intend to purchase Vape Bright products will let them know to allow the charge. If have done this and are still having issues, please give us a call!
How long does a cartridge usually last someone?
Because every person’s consumption is unique, it can last anywhere from 2 to 20 days. There are around 20 serving sizes in each cartridge.
How long does shipping typically take?
Shipping depends on where you are located, but it typically takes around 2-4 business days (with the exception of international packages). We try our best to ensure that your package will go out the day after you ordered at the latest. For the health and well being of our Team we do not operate on the weekends, and packages will ship out first thing Monday morning!
